Hand-coded SVG for Moon from the BBC kids show [Sarah and Duck](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_%26_Duck) (also on Netflix US). Practice for writing paths, using filters, and `d` path animations. Had arms and eyes animatable but originally had the turbulence filter applied to everything which killed Chrome when trying to animate an element inside the filtered group. Therefore changed arms to live outside the filter. They don't look as cool, but they now animate which counters the loss in coolness of handdrawnness.
